Outer Banks Motel Policies
Motel: Office Hours: 8:00 AM-10:00 PM (in season)
Maximum Occupancy Due to County Sanitation Septic Tanks Rules, Newborn, toddler and Children count as ONE person in maximum occupancy. No exceptions to Maximum rule. A $200.00 charge for anyone over the maximum limit.
Check INs: Check In Time is 3:00PM.
Check Ins after office closing must register first thing the next morning.
Check OUTs: Check Out Time for Daily Rentals: 11:00 AM (No Late Check Outs)
Check Out Time for All Weekly Rentals: 9:00 AM (No Late Check Outs)
Payment Full payment is required at check-in.
Accommodations: Every unit has individual heat and air conditioning controls.
Linens: Summer Season - $1.00 per person per week.
Spring, Fall & Winter - No Charge
Linen includes: Sheets, Pillow cases may be exchanged Wednesdays & Satuedays at the front desk.
Towels, Washcloths, Dishcloths, Bathmats exchanged each morning
Blankets Potholders NOT exchanged.
We do not provide linen for cribs.
Laundry: Washer-Dryer: Located on back porch of office.
No hanging of clothes on railings.
Phones: Rooms are NOT equipped with phones. It is recommended that guests bring their cell phones
Cleaning Policy: Guest will be responsible for leaving unit clean.
Maid Service: Maid Service is not provided in cooking units.
No maid service on Sundays in rooms.
Pets: We allow ONLY ONE pet in the pet friendly units without exception.
Pet charge is $10.00 per pet per night.
No pet can be left in unit unattended.
No pets Allowed in mid June - mid August at Motel complex.
No pets Allowed in units: 1, 1A, 2, 2A, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5, 5A at any time.
Pets Allowed in G4, G5 and D Cape & Tower all year.
