Outer Banks Accommodations:
Outer Banks Motel Room rates are subject to change without notice. Some units have higher occupancy than are listed here. Every unit has individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Note: Linens are $1.00 per person per week in the Summer Season. There is no linen charge for daily rental or during the Spring and Fall. Linen includes sheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths, blankets, etc. Towels and washcloths are exchanged each morning; sheets and pillow cases on Wed. and Sat. We do not provide linen for cribs. Full payment is required at check-in. Children (including infants) count in maximum occupancy. No exceptions to Maximum rule! Weekly rate will be charged for maximum number in unit at any night or number of nights. A $200.00 charge for anyone over the maximum limit.
Washer-Dryer: Located on back porch of office. Please do not hang clothes on railings.
Phones: All units have phones. Local calls 50 cents. Five minit limit on local calls. Internet access not available.
Cleaning Policy: Guest will be responsible for leaving unit clean.
Linen Policy:Guest may exchange all linen at office except sheets etc. each morning before noon. Sheets on Wed. & Sat.
Maid Service is not provided in cooking units. No maid service on Sundays in rooms.
Pets: No pets Allowed in June, July, August except Kathy House and Cape & Tower Buildings and only in certain units in other seasons. $5.00 per night charge. only one pet per unit. No pet can be left in unit unattended.
Outer Banks Motel has free rowboats available for our guests to use in the Pamlico Sound. These boats are used primarily for netting Blue Claw Crabs and are kept in a creek basin 150 ft. from the office. Oars and nets provided at no charge.
